Born on November 25 1968 Jillian Shennessy was a energetic Canadian actor and a singer who is renowned by her outstanding contribution in American television. She was the main character in the American TV series Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh over six seasons. Her acting talents were evident in the films RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as well as Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. Parker has appeared in films and series such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America for which she received a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the Best Supporting Actress. Parker has also been awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 in the play Proof.
